The Red Sled Santa Foundation is honored to assist your family help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.Due to the ongoing pandemic caused by the coronavirus 2(SARS – CoV – 2) or \u201cCOVID – 19\u201d virus, the Red Sled Santa foundation\u2019s Fill The Sleigh Campaign that you are applying to is taking many precautions to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of you and your family, as well as our volunteers throughout the toy \/ book collection and distribution process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this application and prior to participating in any Red Sled Santa Foundation activity, to include the distribution of toys and books, we ask you to acknowledge that you and your family\u2019s and \/ or organization\u2019s participation in the Red Sled Santa Foundation\u2019s Program involves certain risks, some of which we and you may not fully appreciate, and that injury, death, property damage or other harm could occur to yourself or others(\u201cRISKS\u201d). These risks include potential exposure to you or your family and \/ or organization to communicable disease(s) including, but not limited to, the virus \u201csevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS – CoV – 2)\u201d, \u201cCOVID – 19\u201d and \/ or any mutation or variation thereof. We ask that you accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injury, damage, loss or harm to yourself and your family and \/ or organization that arises during or results from your participation in the Red Sled Santa Foundation\u2019s Toy distribution Program, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence, action, omission and \/ or other fault of the Red Sled Santa Foundation and its Board of Directors, Officers, employees, agents or insurers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This form accepts Toy requests from families, individuals, only. Unless otherwise noted, the campaign accepts toy requests for children in the age groups provided.I agree to the following terms:Toys donated by Red Sled Foundation will not be auctioned, sold or otherwise turned over for monetary donations.Toys donated by Red Sled Foundation will not be taken out of state for distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to provide a gift to each child. Orders are filled with the toys we have on board when the order is requested.
